This programme includes 2 IVF attempts using your own eggs, with the option to use, if necessary, the pioneering dual ovarian stimulation technique (Dual Stim), which yields the highest number of eggs in the shortest possible time—a strategy in which Love Fertility and its doctors specialise. And if that’s not enough, you’ll have 2 IVF cycles using donor eggs to help you welcome your baby into the world.
If this isn’t possible, we’ll refund 100% of the amount you’ve invested.
Who is this programme for?
This programme is intended for women who wish to try for pregnancy first with their own eggs through a double IVF cycle and, if pregnancy is not achieved, continue with up to two egg donation cycles.

What does the Dual Stim + Egg Donation programme include?
- Fertility study + karyotypes.
- Two ovarian stimulation cycles and double egg retrieval (pick-up) (Dual Stim) with your own eggs + 2 egg donation cycles within the 24-month validity period (exceptionally extendable to 4 cycles).
- All complementary techniques needed to optimise results from the very first cycle, including preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A) and genetic matching with the donor.
- Unlimited embryo transfers during the guarantee period.

What is not included?
- Patient fertility medication, which will be prescribed for purchase at a pharmacy.
- Genetic studies not indicated or additional tests (except PGT-A).
- Services outside the agreed treatment quote or indicated by the medical team.
- Andrological treatments other than semen analyses.
- Additional studies to be carried out by other specialists (hysteroscopy, immunological tests, etc.).
Duration and conditions
- The guarantee is valid for 24 months, exceptionally extendable by 6 months by medical decision.
- No limit on attempts within the contracted period.
- If the baby is born, the programme is considered complete.
- Acceptance of and compliance with medical recommendations is required for continuity.
Frequently asked questions about the Mixed Guarantee: Dual Stim + Egg Donation + PGT-A
It is an ovarian stimulation strategy in which two stimulations are carried out — the first in the follicular phase and the second in the luteal phase — without waiting for a period. It maximises the number of eggs obtained within a single menstrual cycle. It is especially recommended for women with low ovarian reserve or advanced maternal age.
If the birth is not achieved within the guarantee period and the indicated cycles, Love Fertility Clinic will refund 100% of the amount paid.
Yes, cancellation is possible in cases of force majeure under the circumstances provided. In that case, if only the first cycle has been completed, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Ask for full details at a free first consultation.
