At Love Fertility Clinic we understand that every path to motherhood is unique and deserves close, professional support. That is why we offer a Pregnancy and Birth Guarantee programme specifically designed for women under 36 who choose In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) with their own eggs.
This programme guarantees up to 3 complete IVF cycles, with all necessary complementary techniques, and unlimited embryo transfers over a 24-month period. If together we do not achieve the birth of your baby, we refund the full amount paid.
Who is it for?
Depending on maternal age, there are two programmes to qualify for the Pregnancy and Birth Guarantee:
- Women under 36 years old.
- Women between 36 and 39 years old.
After your free first consultation (for you and your partner, if applicable) with one of our specialists, where you can bring reports and test results from previous cycles that may help assess overall health, each case will be reviewed by the clinical committee as quickly as possible so you can start the process without delay.
What does the programme include?
- Fertility study + karyotypes.
- Up to 3 IVF/ICSI cycles within the 24-month period (exceptionally extendable to 4 cycles).
- All complementary techniques needed to optimise results from the very first cycle, including preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A).
- Unlimited embryo transfers throughout the duration of the Guarantee.
- Emotional support from the start and throughout the entire process.

What is not included?
- Patient fertility medication (prescribed and purchased at a pharmacy as required by law).
- Consultations, tests and studies prior to the contract date.
- Genetic or chromosomal tests that may become necessary during treatment, except for PGT-A.
- Additional studies by other specialists (hysteroscopy, immunological tests, etc.).
Terms and duration
The programme runs for 24 months from the date of contract, with a possible exceptional 6-month extension approved by the Medical Director.
The guarantee ends with the birth of your baby or the full reimbursement of the amount paid if we do not achieve it.

Frequently asked questions about the IVF Guarantee with own eggs + PGT-A
The guarantee covers through to the birth of your baby. In the event of a miscarriage, the programme remains active for further attempts, picking up from where it was interrupted and continuing until the contracted period ends.
Yes, cancellation is possible in cases of force majeure as outlined in the agreement. If only one cycle has been completed, 50 % of the amount paid will be refunded. Full details are available at your free first consultation.
A prior study is usually requested to evaluate the situation before signing up for the guarantee programme. If these abnormalities prevent continuing the guaranteed treatment with the partner’s sperm sample, you may choose to continue with donor sperm under the Pregnancy and Birth Guarantee, or opt for a different treatment without the refund guarantee.
Inclusion in the Pregnancy and Birth Guarantee programme is subject to prior medical assessment and approval. If a guarantee programme is not feasible, we can offer alternative treatment options without the refund guarantee. 99 % of Love Fertility patients achieve their desired pregnancy.
