What is not included?

Andrology studies beyond the semen analysis.
Consultations and tests carried out before signing the programme.
Recipient medication (prescribed and purchased at a pharmacy, as required by law).
Genetic or chromosomal tests other than PGT-A.
Additional studies performed by other specialists (hysteroscopy, immunological tests, etc.).

Duration and conditions

The programme is valid for 24 months from the date the contract is signed.
An extension of up to 6 additional months is possible if medically indicated.
No limit on attempts within the programme period.
If a live birth is not achieved, you receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations or issues arising from justified causes may entitle you to a partial reimbursement. Please ask about the conditions.

A preliminary study is carried out before enrolment to assess the situation. If those abnormalities prevent the guaranteed treatment from continuing with your partner’s sperm, you may choose to proceed with donor sperm within the same programme, or explore an alternative treatment without the refund guarantee.
