If your family plan is ready to grow and you are thinking about becoming mothers, IVF for lesbian couples is making the dream of shared motherhood a reality for more and more female couples thanks to assisted reproduction treatments.

At Love Fertility Clinic, our gynaecologists and the entire medical team will give you the support you need to achieve it — respecting your decisions and making the journey as smooth as possible.

When should you see a fertility specialist?

    • If you are thinking about becoming mothers in the future and want to know the state of your fertility, you can have a Couple fertility test. A specialist will carry out a few simple tests so you know whether everything is fine and you can wait — or, if not, we will explain your options and how to preserve your fertility.
    • If either of you has a pre-existing condition (endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome — PCOS) that could make conception more difficult, we recommend visiting Love Fertility Clinic so we can advise you on how to look after yourselves and optimise your chances of becoming mothers.
    • You have already decided you want to be mothers — we invite you to come to Love Fertility Clinic, meet our team, and tell us how you see your family plan. We will explain the possibilities, success rates, and the sperm-donor selection process — including the genetic, physical, and psychological screening every donor undergoes. We also offer emotional support from the start, giving you tools to go through the process with greater peace of mind in a safe, Lesbian-Friendly environment.

What does the first fertility consultation involve?

At your free first consultation at Love Fertility Clinic, one of our gynaecologists specialising in assisted reproduction will see you. You will explain your situation, how you have planned your family project, and whether you have a preference for who will be the gestational mother (birth mother).

We will open your medical file and your doctor will explain the options, prescribe the tests and blood work needed for a diagnosis. Once all the results are in, your specialist will recommend the most suitable treatments for your case, outline the success rates, and describe the emotional support we offer so you feel calm and accompanied throughout the process. Finally, we will provide a personalised treatment quote.

If you would like to learn about our financing plans, our patient-care team will be happy to help.
