Mi experiencia trabajando con el equipo de Love Fertility ha sido maravillosa. La comunicación fue fluida y nuestra coordinadora, Erika, fue estupenda. Me sentí como si estuviera trabajando con un equipo muy unido, en el que pude conocer a mi médico, a las enfermeras y al personal de recepción, y ver caras conocidas en todo momento. Nos explicaron todo con detalle y nos sentimos bien informados durante todo el proceso. Seguimos en contacto con la clínica y no dudaríamos en volver a someternos a otra ronda de tratamientos de fertilidad con ellos.

Tenía pendiente escribir esta reseña, y no quería dejar pasar más tiempo sin agradecer todo lo que hicieron por nosotros. Nuestra experiencia en el centro ha sido simplemente increíble. Desde el primer día me sentí acompañada, escuchada y cuidada. Todo el equipo es amable, cercano y atento desde el momento en que cruzas la puerta, algo que marca una gran diferencia en un proceso tan importante y emocional. Quiero hacer una mención especial a la doctora Laura, que me pareció espectacular. Siempre transmitió una seguridad y una tranquilidad inmensas, y además tenía una capacidad increíble para acertar con cada fecha y cada paso del proceso. Estar en sus manos me dio muchísima confianza. Algo que también valoro enormemente es que nunca tuve la sensación de que el dinero fuera la prioridad del centro. Al contrario: encontré muchísimas facilidades, cero presión y una atención verdaderamente centrada en las personas y en ayudar a cumplir un sueño. Gracias a ellas hoy tenemos una niña preciosa de seis meses y no podemos estar más felices. Les estaremos eternamente agradecidos por habernos acompañado en este camino con tanta profesionalidad, humanidad y cariño. Y si el resultado no hubiese sido este, el agradecimiento sería el mismo porque, para mí, lo importante ha sido la compañía en el proceso. Gracias de corazón a todo el equipo.

Quiero compartir mi experiencia en esta clínica porque ha sido realmente excelente 😊 Desde el primer momento en el que me puse en contacto con ellos, el trato fue cercano, amable y muy profesional. Tanto la doctora Rocío, como la enfermera y las chicas de recepción han sido encantadoras en todo momento, haciéndome sentir cómoda y tranquila desde el principio. Ayer me realicé la prueba de permeabilidad de trompas (HyFoSy) y, sinceramente, iba muy nerviosa porque había leído comentarios en internet que me habían asustado bastante. Pero no tiene absolutamente nada que ver. En mi caso, no dolió nada. Es una prueba que puede resultar un poco molesta, similar a una consulta ginecológica normal, pero dura apenas unos minutos. Yo soy una persona bastante asustadiza y fui temblando por el desconocimiento… y salí sorprendida de lo bien que fue todo. Además, al terminar la prueba te vas a casa completamente tranquila, sin dolor ni molestias. De verdad, animo a todas aquellas que estén indecisas o con miedo a que se la realicen aquí. Es una prueba que aporta información muy valiosa y no hay nada que temer. Sin duda, ha sido una de las mejores experiencias médicas que he tenido. ¡Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo por hacerlo tan fácil! 💛

No se como expresar lo agradecida que estamos. Por fin hemos conseguido quedarnos embarazados y todo gracias al equipo de Love Fertily. Destacar el maravilloso trato que recibimos nada más llegar (nada comparable de otras clínicas en las que parece que solo les interesa facturar). Nos han atendido tanto la Dr. Sara como la Dr. Rocío y las 2 son maravillosas. También todas las chicas tanto de recepción como las enfermeras, destacando a Marta que fue la persona encargada de atendernos en todo momento con cualquier duda o problema. I highly recommend the Love Fertility Clinic to anyone who is looking for help in their fertility journey. I am currently nine weeks along - and we honestly had the best and warmest experience with Dr. Isabel Díaz-Plaza and her team during my IVF treatment. The process itself was flawless and painless - from the egg retrieval to the embryo transfer. If I ever needed anything or had any questions, they were just a WhatsApp message away. Their team felt like a big caring family, which is so important when going through this type of journey.

A decision that was 100% the right one.

Right in the midst of the Covid pandemic, we found out about the clinic and had our first consultation via video call. It was wonderful. A team that was so warm and welcoming. We live in Jaén, but it felt as though the clinic was right on our doorstep, and I’ve enjoyed every trip to Madrid.

The first private clinic we’ve ever visited, and the last. Because we’re already expecting our precious twins!!!

Everything began four years ago, when we entrusted ourselves to a very renowned fertility clinic here in Switzerland, where we live. Out of respect and to avoid unnecessary disputes, we prefer not to mention its name. From the very beginning we were presented with an extremely serious clinical situation on the male side, with a diagnosis that bordered on sterility.
We were made to feel defective, incomplete, almost “broken”, as if we had a problem that only they would ever be able to solve. This created a deep emotional and psychological dependence, making us believe there were no alternatives and that our future depended exclusively on their decisions.

That is how our nightmare began. A tunnel made of fear, anxiety, insecurity, and total psychological dependence. We had started to accept the idea that we might never be able to have a child. And time kept passing.

We faced an incalculable expense, far beyond our possibilities, investing all of our savings, even those that should never have been touched because they were meant for essential needs and unavoidable life expenses. After two failed transfers, only two blastocysts obtained, and even a testicular biopsy performed unnecessarily, because later it turned out that in my case it was not needed at all, we found ourselves exhausted.
Drained.
Emotionally. Physically. Financially.
We are not millionaires or professionals with unlimited resources. We are a normal couple living a normal life. Every sacrifice was made with the single hope of building a family. Instead, we were left with nothing in our hands except a deep wound in our hearts.

When they proposed starting another cycle, it became clear that we simply could not continue. Not only financially, but also as human beings.

So we decided to stop and begin a deep and independent search. After weeks of research and comparisons among several European clinics, we discovered Love Fertility Madrid.

We will always remember the first video call with Dr Blanca Paraiso. In just a few minutes she gave us back what we had lost: empathy, clarity, understanding, and hope. After everything we had been through, it felt impossible to trust again, and yet we finally felt understood. Welcomed. Alive again.

We chose to trust her completely. I, the husband, suffer from oligo asthenozoospermia, a serious condition but not an impossible one. Blanca was clear and reassuring. Cases like ours are common for them, and there was no reason to feel different or hopeless. For the first time, we truly felt we were in the right hands.

The path was tailored specifically for us. Dr Blanca, the extraordinary biologist Valentina, Soledad, and the wonderful receptionists accompanied us with constant presence, gentleness, and rare humanity.

The result was incredible.
From a single cycle, with a fresh sperm deposit performed at the clinic, we obtained eleven blastocysts of excellent quality. From two to eleven. A transformation that meant rebirth for us.

We returned to Madrid for the transfer, and today I am writing these words with my son in my arms while he sleeps peacefully, dreams, and smiles in his sleep. Every breath he takes feels like a silent thank you directed to all of you.

We do not have words big enough to express our gratitude to Dr Blanca, to Valentina, and to the entire team. You welcomed us with immeasurable kindness and care. We never felt like customers, but like real people, a fragile couple who needed to be guided with respect and heart.

We know that at times we were insistent. Driven by panic, we contacted the clinic urgently through messages and calls. We apologize for that, but we believe it is human. When you entrust everything you are to someone, you need to feel that they are there, present, ready to respond.
